1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 yellow bell pepper, chopped

1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 red onion, cut into wedges

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
