  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

  • Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into small pieces.
  • Warm each corn tortilla in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
