4 oz smoked salmon

1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp capers, drained

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

Fresh arugula or mixed greens for garnish

Instructions
 

Start by laying out the smoked salmon slices on a clean cutting board or plate, making sure they are overlapping slightly.

    In a small bowl, mix the hummus with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Spread a generous layer of the seasoned hummus over the smoked salmon slices, covering almost the entire surface.

        Place the thin cucumber slices on top of the hummus layer, arranging them evenly to ensure every roll has cucumber.

          Add a few capers on top of the cucumber slices for a burst of flavor.

            Carefully roll up the salmon from one end to the other, forming a tight cylinder.

              Once all roll-ups are created, use a sharp knife to slice them into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches wide.
