  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning blend
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of each chicken breast.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  • Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
