Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened (room temperature)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for added flavor

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to beat the butter until it becomes creamy and smooth.

Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined and fluffy.

Pour in the honey and keep mixing until it's thoroughly blended into the butter mixture.

Add the ground cinnamon and sea salt, mixing until everything is well combined. If you’re using vanilla extract, add it now and mix until fluffy and combined.

Taste the butter, and adjust the sweetness or cinnamon according to your preference.

Once mixture is combined to your liking, transfer it to an airtight container. You can mold it into a log or keep it in a bowl.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the butter firm up.

Serve at room temperature with warm bread rolls, pancakes, or your favorite baked goods.
