Ingredients
  

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, grated

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole grain burger buns

Optional toppings: avocado slices, tomato, lettuce, and aioli

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, grated white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.

      Lightly grease the grill or pan with oil. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

        While the burgers are cooking, toast the whole grain buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until they're slightly crispy.
